At MATCHAPAPA, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since matcha is a consumable item, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened. However, if you encounter any issues, please review our policy below.

Returns

  • Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns. All orders are final.

Refunds and Replacements
